In an increasingly data-driven e-commerce world, it's becoming more important than ever for Amazon FBA sellers to make business decisions efficiently, confidently, and in real-time. With WoldoAnalytics, we’re introducing a powerful new tool designed to do exactly that – now launching as a standalone web application in a closed beta phase.

The goal is to simplify and professionalize operational processes around inventory management, restocking, performance analysis, and tax reporting. To finalize the optimization, we’re looking for five dedicated beta testers who want to actively use and shape the tool in their daily business.

Why WoldoAnalytics?

Amazon provides a wealth of raw data – but manual analysis is time-consuming and error-prone. At the same time, many existing tools fall short: they’re either too complex, too generic, or not tailored to the European market.

WoldoAnalytics is built specifically for professional FBA sellers and offers:

  • direct integration with Amazon Seller Central (via SP-API),

  • an intuitive user interface that requires no lengthy onboarding,

  • and automated real-time analysis of key metrics.

The goal is to give sellers a complete overview of their most important KPIs, inventory levels, marketing performance, and tax-relevant data – all without Excel spreadsheets or manual reports.

Beta phase overview

The beta is open to Amazon FBA sellers based in the EU or North America. We also welcome feedback from users in other Amazon markets such as Japan, India, Australia, or the Middle East. Here’s how it works:

  • Get in touch: Interested sellers can reach out to us directly or contact Martin Walter.

  • Demo & onboarding: We’ll introduce the tool and outline the next steps in a short call.

  • Integration & data import: Once SP-API access is approved, the system automatically imports sales data from the past ~30 days.

  • Add your product data: A template is provided to quickly fill in the required structure.

  • Real-life use & feedback: The tool is integrated into your daily routine – especially restocking planning – and evaluated regularly.

  • Direct feedback loop with our dev team: Share and discuss suggestions in short feedback sessions.

Time commitment:

  • Initial setup: approx. 1–2 hours

  • Feedback sessions: ideally every 2–4 weeks, 30–60 minutes
